My name is Amelia M, my fitness journey didn’t start from a place of perfection, it started with curiosity, inconsistency, and the desire to feel better in my own body.
Over the past three years, I’ve been actively training, learning, and experimenting with what truly works when it comes to fat loss, weight gain, and body recomposition. My transformation wasn’t built overnight, and it definitely wasn’t built through extremes. It came from understanding my body, building discipline, and staying consistent with simple habits that I could actually maintain. Throughout this journey, I’ve also been studying Biokinetics, which has helped me better understand how the body responds to movement, exercise, and recovery. While this guide is based on my personal experience and practical application, having that background has strengthened my awareness of safe, effective, and evidence-informed training principles.
